We visited disneyland which is much larger and so we expected to be waiting less at a smaller park, it was very disappointing to not be able to go on rides more than once and some not at all and to be honest I spent most of the day being angry at the situation rather than enjoying the rides.

After being at the park for about 10 hours we did not get our moneys worth of rides due to such long waiting times (about 1-2 hours per ride) and the rides themselves are very short (many under a minute) so the reason for the wait time is not enough staff, slow staff, rides not being full as staff are not doing their job properly and not enough seats/carts. It even happened infront of staff and they did nothing.

Despite numerous signs saying que jumpers will not be tolerated and will be removed from the park, it happened on every ride we went on with one friend holding the place in line whilst the others later cut the que, it got so bad that at one stage one guy had six of his friends come of which we had enough and cut infront of them. In addition to the many no smoking signs that the park has, none of the staff members seem to enforce this rule which meant that you are constantly breathing in cigarette smoke as you cannot move anywhere else as you have to wait in line. After getting into the park the first ride we went on had quite a long line but the main problem was that the ride was only operated by one staff member which was the most in effecient system as between rides it took far too long. The kids had fun and pump it up does a fair. When we arrived at about 1pm (the park opened at 12) there were 5 huge lines to purchase tickets which we waited about an hour in the hot sun. Let just say that with all the helping the 2 year old up some of the jumpers it wore out grandpa and grandma. We visited on one of the days that the park was open till midnight, this might have been the first mistake. Note: This review was written by a thirteen year old. This park needs to also be more out there and hard working. If you work for this park and you are reading this you really need to understand what closing the park for bad weather when it wasn't that bad can really do. They say it's open but that seems to be a scam. You can never compare any other park in the world to the Disney theme parks, but you can sure try and imitate them. If you want to visit this place never come in February. All this I can tell was the park workers were completely lazy. Just a few clouds is what they call bad weather, that's what England would call amazing weather.Īs was a school trip I wasn't the only one devastated. I had already planned a route and got a GoPro camera ready. I've been on the Swarm at Thorpe Park in hailstones and it didn't even hurt. After waiting over six months to come to this park they had closed because of the weather. However the park waited till we actually used up valuable time getting there. There was no phone call to tell us about any problems. This park was a big event to look forward to on the Madrid trip with school.
